How can I change my LoL account's password and email?
You can change your password & email via the League of Legends website. A guide is included in your welcome/purchase email.
You claim to have Special Warranty on all of your League of Legends Unranked Smurf Accounts, what is this?
We are the ONLY website with our unique special warranty. It means that if your account gets banned due to "account sharing/account trading", we will give a new LoL smurf account for free! Please make sure you read your welcome email carefully for details on how to activate your special warranty!
Does your warranty cover bans due to in-game flaming / intentional feeding / hacking / client modifications?
NO! If you do any of the things mentioned above and get banned, we will not provide a new account. Do NOT modify your League of Legends client!
